Delivery:
Orders received on workdays* before 3pm, will be delivered by DHL-Express to the specified shipping address on the same day. Exceptions for delivery will be made for products with short-term expiration dates like control solutions, dietary products or products that are ordered infrequently and due to topicality are not in stock.
All other products needed for daily use are always kept in stock.
Please, give us the address where your package can be delivered during the day (home address, workplace, neighbor, etc…)
Delivery time: 1-2 workdays* within Germany
Delivery: Mondays through Saturdays (except on holidays)
For orders under € 50 (without a prescription), we will add € 3,45 and 19% VAT (= € 4,10) for postage and packaging. You can avoid this, by combining prescriptive orders with private ones.
You will receive an invoice for those products ordered without a prescription. Please, pay the balance within 14 days upon receipt. Special terms of payment, need to be agreed upon in advance.
If you would like us to do so, we can send your package wrapped in neutral paper.
Orders and shipping for countries outside of Germany:
For deliveries outside of Germany, we will charge you the postage and packaging fees charged by the post (DHL-Express). For orders outside of the country, our system will automatically calculate the postage due. Shipping costs run from € 18 to € 30.
As a rule, orders from outside of Germany can only be paid by credit card or prepayment. Through prepayment, you will receive an invoice from us, that needs to be paid directly onto our account. As soon as there is a bank reconfirmation of payment, your order will be shipped immediately. Delivery time will be extended accordingly.
For orders outside of Europe, you will be charged the postage and packing fees from that country. We will prepare an offer and send it to you.
*Workdays: Monday through Friday - except for holidays.
