General Terms and Conditions

I. Offers / Orders
Orders will be accepted by either written notification or delivery of goods.

II. Shipping and Delivery
Goods will be shipped exclusively to the specific address given to us. Quoted delivery times are subject to change and in case of delayed delivery may not be claimed for compensation. Prescriptive orders are free of shipping fees. For non prescriptive orders, a shipping and handling flat rate of € 3,45 plus 19% VAT (€4,10 incl. VAT) will automatically be added. This does not apply to orders over € 50,00.

III. Payments
All listed prices include VAT. All prices are direct selling prices, solely for private purchase. The prescription rates are based upon the regional terms and conditions of the various statutory medical insurances. Goods that are not billable through a prescription will be charged to the customer. Payments are due within 14 days. Special terms of payment must be made with us through written notification or by telephone.

IV. Guarantee / Return Policy
You may return received goods without specified reasons, within the statutory time period of 2, or respectively 4 weeks. The time limit begins upon receipt of the goods. The return consignment will be at our expense and must be sent to:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

VI. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Delivered goods are the property of DiabetikExpress GmbH - DiaShop.de until full payment has been made.
