How can I pay? You can choose the following methods of payment: While selecting your products, you have the possibility to choose, in advance, the method of payment for the product. without: Private Prescription Orders (see explanation below) Health Insurance Prescription: You would like to pay for the chosen product through your health insurance company. Enclosed with every delivery, there are post-free envelopes to use for your prescriptions. Private Prescriptions: will be handled as per private orders (see explanation below). For these products, you will receive an invoice with delivery, which you can submit with your private prescription to your insurance company. Direct debit: you will receive an invoice for your records and the amount will be withdrawn from your bank account within 14 days. Bank fees for return debit notes will be charged to your account. Credit card payment: we accept Mastercard and Visacard. After submission and successful verification of your credit card (takes about 1 min.), you will receive a copy of the invoice for your records. Your credit card statement will be carried out by the company Easypay in Augsburg. Invoice: You will receive an invoice upon delivery, which should be paid within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us in advance, if you need any extended terms of payment. Invoice payments will only be granted to existing customers of DiabetikExpress GmbH*. Cash on Delivery: with delivery of your package by post (DHL-Express), you pay your invoice directy to the postman in cash (including the C.O.D. charge of € 6,90). Orders from outside of Germany must be paid by credit card or prepayment. Prepayment: As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a prelminary invoice per email. Please make payment and as soon as we have confirmation of payment, we will prepare your order for delivery.
